I found 33 unique letters counting capitals (if there are) and the ʘ If counting them in the order they appear (title & subtitle, then the top left text then bottom right text), then: letter 4 appears 2 times letter 7, 2 times 12,2 14,2 15,2 16,3 18,2 19,2 20,2 21,3 24,3 25,2 26,2 27,3 28,2 I probably made a mistake somewhere, but I really do want to figure out what azaler put (even though it's probably a keyboard mash) edit: the text on the top left corner is the same as the title & subtitle

It would probably be LL, EE, TT, etc. The structure of the question influences the probability of the corresponding letters. I am not entirely convinced that the ʘ character corresponds to a letter, since it does not follow the pattern of the other glyphs and it only appears once. He said in another comment that it translates to English, so it's not a keyboard mash (as much as I want to believe that lol) He also said it's not a pigpen cipher

list of information i have gleaned from the cipher: there are 6 variables that can be set into a binary set square / circle full / empty upper line (there/not) right line (there/not) lower line (there/not) left line (there/not) ^ This means that (assuming they can be directly swapped out for letters), one of these means something other than what letter it is. this makes 25 letters. The final letter would be the strange circle thing, with the dot in the middle indicating the same detail that the non-letter detail means. The curving of the right line in some cases seems to be stylistic and not of actual importance. i'll reply with anything more i figure out (and the key if i figure it out. Unlike some people [cough cough the people that emailed you the answer without commenting it] ) wish me luck?
