As much as I like Dreamcatcher, this is not true (in my subjective opinion). Their pitch is (understandably) pretty off which is something I’m actually not hearing often in K-Pop. Of course most vocals are not live, but this is a prime example of live not going too well, which is not something “all” of the groups would replicate. Of course given the same circumstances many would be emotionally drained (even then Kwon Eunbi managed to have a near perfect pitch at her first win), but I don’t think you even meant that. Eunbi was in two groups before going solo, and she got her first win in izone 10 days after they debuted and solo got her win after like 1 or 2 years, I can't remember. Dreamcatcher waited 5 years to get a win, so of course they're going to be crying, but they are still way more stable when singing than a few other groups I've heard, where they're not crying or anything and are unstable.

The sacred Dreamcatcher is meant to and supposed to only perform their unique concepts. this comeback Maison is a little bit good but not good enough. they used to have some epic titled songs what good night chase me and then they started screwing up. a few years later, they released 2 good comebacks Boca Odd Eye. and then they screwed up again. you know what? celebrities are facing 7 billion people on earth. how can you make sure that all human beings are satisfied? the most hateful thing they've ever done is imitating other boring idol groups, like girls generation and many male groups. l faithfully believed Dreamcatcher is very different from these losers, but their stupid imitation deeply disappointed me. their best performances were in 2017 to 2018, when they were beautiful and powerful enough to handle these hard choreography.

The line “please someone fight for us” couldn’t be truer than today! We fought for Dreamcatcher and they FINALLY got the win they deserved after all these years!! This will go down in K-Pop history.
with the "live encore" discussion im back here. music started before they can calm down. especially jiu was crying nonstop but she managed to sound exactly in their actual performances. same with all the other girls. i accept that they cannot sound perfect all the time but this encore show that if the artist is good no matter their condition is, they will sound good if not perfect. Dreamcather deserve so much more with their talent and work. hope to see them on bigger stages in the future

Before finding out about DC, I was(still am) a big fan of some big gen 4 groups… but if people are criticising this encore performance… then what should we do about a majority of newer generations in which vocals are not..their main priority?.. and who also perform on bigger stages… I will still support newer groups cause I think nobody is perfect and they all work hard. But it feel so unfair to listen to these 7 wonderful girls and knowing they never reached their full potential cause the music industry is…not really about music…
even gahyeon who has probably the least vocal training was crying and still sang incredibly and stable, she sounded great. wish dc got more recognition for not only their different concept but amazing talent
국내에서 저평가된 걸그룹. 해외에서 더 알아주는 듯. 국내에선 음원 차트에서 소외되고 음방 1위 못하면 도태될 수밖에 없고 해외 인기에도 어느 정도 영향을 주는데 그래도 해외는 음원, 음방 순위가 절대적인 건 아님. 한류도 홍콩 영화처럼 자기 복제가 심해져서 거기서 거기란 인식이 생기면 망하는 건데 여자친구, 드림캐쳐, 우주소녀, 에버글로우 등처럼 자기 색깔을 가진 걸그룹, 아이돌이 많이 나와야 됨.

솔직히 첫 1위가 지금인거부터가 되게 이상한 그룹임 본인들 실력도 짱짱하고 곡 퀄리티도 좋고 단지 중소라는 이유로 묻히는 실력파 그룹들 너무 안쓰러움 중소도 회사가 어떻게든 그룹 띄워보겠다고 열심히 일하는 곳도 있고 실력 좋은 애들도 있고 퀄 높은 곡들도 많은데 현실이 씁쓸하다 거기에 더해 드캐는 락메탈 걸그룹이라는 양날의 검까지 뽑았어서 국내에서 아이돌이 하기엔 도박요소가 너무 강한 마이너 장르지만 대신 코어팬 끌어모으기 좋은 딱 그런 컨셉 난 옛날부터 락메탈 좋아해서 반가워하긴했지만 잘못하면 소리소문없이 묻힐 수 있었는데 그래도 드캐는 어떻게든 팔아보겠다고 컨셉 바꿔가는 그룹들 사이에서 컨셉 유지하면서 꾸준히 퀄리티 좋은 곡들을 뽑아내가지고 여기까지 온 것 같긴함 근데 아.. 그냥 좀 씁쓸하다 훨씬 일찍 1위 땄어도 이상하지 않은 그룹인데
듴이 라이브실력은 어느대형보다 잘하는거 ㅇㅈ하지만 그동안 거의 락메탈에 딥다크하고 대중성없는 곡으로만 내다보니 사람들이 밝은노래를 좋아하지 어두운곡은 잘 안들으니까 호불호는 갈릴테고 알고있는 매니아들만 좋아하다보니 이제서야 늦게 1위한것같네요. 저도 듴 아예모르다가 처음알아서 곡들 들어봤는데 갠적으로 비커즈랑 메종.피리 외에는 저와는 노래취향이 잘 안맞더라구용 그래도 들은바론 저번 비커즈때부터 메종까지는 약간 대중성두고 곡 낸것 같은데 이제서야 늦게나마 드캐를 조금씩 알아보는 사람이 있다는게 다행일지경ㅠ 처음엔 조용하지만 이렇게 꾸준히 좋은곡 내다보면 점점더 사람들이 알아주는건 시간문제일거라 생각합니다.
진짜 드림캐쳐 1위 할때만을 기다리다가 쓰는 댓글 ㅠㅠ chase me 때부터 개인적으로 좋아하는 마이너 노래에 세계관도 신기하고 파워풀한 댄스에 어마무시한 보컬에 정말 푹 빠졌습니다. 물론 썸냐는 아니지만 매번 노래 나올때마다 전곡 다 다운받고 플레이리스트에 항상 여자친구랑 드림캐쳐를 달고 살았는데... 나만 좋아하는 장르이고 그룹인가? 썸냐들만 좋아하는 그룹인건가? 분석이라기 보단 드림캐쳐의 진가를 언젠가는 알아주겠지 하며 기다렸던 거 같아요. 엊그제도 you&i 랑 lullaby, i miss you 데자뷰 들으면서 산책했는데 드디어 ㅠㅠ 드림캐쳐가 그리고 썸냐들이 부족했던 게 아닙니다. 오늘을 위해 차곡차곡 달려왔구요, 진짜 당연한 1위이면서도 고마운 1위네요. 뭔가 제가 좋아하는 음악과 아티스트가 인정받는 기분이랄까. 앞으로도 1위도 많이하면 좋겠지만, 드림캐쳐만의 음악을 계속 할 수 있으면 좋겠습니다. 대중성, 시장성 그런것보다 드림캐쳐와 썸냐들이 말하고픈 보여주고픈 것들을 실컷 하길 바랄게요. 이번에 maison 도 그 전달하는 의미를 떠올리며 들으면 신나면서 머리에 강하게 새겨지는 곡이라 좋았는데... 꼭 이번 곡이 지나온 곡들보다 더 좋다 그런거보다 그 색깔과 노력이 더해져서 받은 거라고 생각합니다. 다시한번 1위 축하하고, 오늘만큼은 드림캐쳐와 썸냐들이 행복한 꿈을 꾸며 잠들길 바랄게요~

진짜 이 때까지 컨셉 그대로 가져올 줄은 몰랐다. 날아올라 너무 좋아했는데 락이 들어간 음악은 좀 질리지 않을까 싶었는데 조금씩 변화주면서 에스닉 넣은 보카도 너무 좋았다.. 메종은 하루에 10번 넘게 듣고 있는듯 이번 1위를 발판으로 더 멀리 더 높이 뛰는 드림캐쳐가 됐으면 좋겠어요!

실력면이나 곡 작품성 면에선 진즉에 1위 몇번 했어야 할 그룹인데 국내 비주류 장르인 락에 역시 늦게 음방 1위한 오마이걸보다 더한 몽환,판타지 컨셉이라 빛을 보지 못한 정말 안타까운 그룹임...더 아쉬운 점은 좀더 빨리 음방 1위했다면 퀸덤2 참가해서 인지도 떡상은 물론이고 상위권도 충분히 가능할 실력파 그룹이죠.
Congrats to them, its about time our girls FINALLY get their overdue award, let's hope this is a new beginning for more awards, for them in the future. \o/
this is like, the perfect example of live singing not necessarily sounding JUST LIKE the recording BUT STILL being in tune and consistent in quality and delivery. and the girls did so while ALSO being emotional and trying to keep it together. that's what it's all about. it's not about eating cds or sounding perfect - it's about showing that you have a sense of tone and pitch, and also knowing where to sing in your range, even without the ideal setting.

The sacred Dreamcatcher is meant to and supposed to only perform their unique concepts. this comeback Maison is a little bit good but not good enough. they used to have some epic titled songs what good night chase me and then they started screwing up. a few years later, they released 2 good comebacks Boca Odd Eye. and then they screwed up again. you know what? celebrities are facing 7 billion people on earth. how can you make sure that all human beings are satisfied? the most hateful thing they've ever done is imitating other boring idol groups, like girls generation and many male groups. l faithfully believed Dreamcatcher is very different from these losers, but their stupid imitation deeply disappointed me. their best performances were in 2017 to 2018, when they were beautiful and powerful enough to handle these hard choreography.
U guys know why this win is 10x more emotional than any other wins.

with the "live encore" discussion im back here. music started before they can calm down. especially jiu was crying nonstop but she managed to sound exactly in their actual performances. same with all the other girls.
i accept that they cannot sound perfect all the time but this encore show that if the artist is good no matter their condition is, they will sound good if not perfect.

솔직히 첫 1위가 지금인거부터가 되게 이상한 그룹임 본인들 실력도 짱짱하고 곡 퀄리티도 좋고 단지 중소라는 이유로 묻히는 실력파 그룹들 너무 안쓰러움
중소도 회사가 어떻게든 그룹 띄워보겠다고 열심히 일하는 곳도 있고 실력 좋은 애들도 있고 퀄 높은 곡들도 많은데 현실이 씁쓸하다
거기에 더해 드캐는 락메탈 걸그룹이라는 양날의 검까지 뽑았어서 국내에서 아이돌이 하기엔 도박요소가 너무 강한 마이너 장르지만 대신 코어팬 끌어모으기 좋은 딱 그런 컨셉
난 옛날부터 락메탈 좋아해서 반가워하긴했지만 잘못하면 소리소문없이 묻힐 수 있었는데 그래도 드캐는 어떻게든 팔아보겠다고 컨셉 바꿔가는 그룹들 사이에서 컨셉 유지하면서 꾸준히 퀄리티 좋은 곡들을 뽑아내가지고 여기까지 온 것 같긴함
근데 아.. 그냥 좀 씁쓸하다 훨씬 일찍 1위 땄어도 이상하지 않은 그룹인데
듴이 라이브실력은 어느대형보다 잘하는거 ㅇㅈ하지만
그동안 거의 락메탈에 딥다크하고 대중성없는 곡으로만 내다보니 사람들이 밝은노래를 좋아하지 어두운곡은 잘 안들으니까 호불호는 갈릴테고 알고있는 매니아들만 좋아하다보니 이제서야 늦게 1위한것같네요.
저도 듴 아예모르다가 처음알아서 곡들 들어봤는데 갠적으로 비커즈랑 메종.피리 외에는 저와는 노래취향이 잘 안맞더라구용 그래도 들은바론 저번 비커즈때부터 메종까지는 약간 대중성두고 곡 낸것 같은데 이제서야 늦게나마 드캐를 조금씩 알아보는 사람이 있다는게 다행일지경ㅠ 처음엔 조용하지만 이렇게 꾸준히 좋은곡 내다보면 점점더 사람들이 알아주는건 시간문제일거라 생각합니다.

진짜 이 때까지 컨셉 그대로 가져올 줄은 몰랐다. 날아올라 너무 좋아했는데 락이 들어간 음악은 좀 질리지 않을까 싶었는데 조금씩 변화주면서 에스닉 넣은 보카도 너무 좋았다.. 메종은 하루에 10번 넘게 듣고 있는듯 이번 1위를 발판으로 더 멀리 더 높이 뛰는 드림캐쳐가 됐으면 좋겠어요!

실력면이나 곡 작품성 면에선 진즉에 1위 몇번 했어야 할 그룹인데 국내 비주류 장르인 락에 역시 늦게 음방 1위한 오마이걸보다 더한 몽환,판타지 컨셉이라 빛을 보지 못한 정말 안타까운 그룹임...더 아쉬운 점은 좀더 빨리 음방 1위했다면 퀸덤2 참가해서 인지도 떡상은 물론이고 상위권도 충분히 가능할 실력파 그룹이죠.

this is like, the perfect example of live singing not necessarily sounding JUST LIKE the recording BUT STILL being in tune and consistent in quality and delivery. and the girls did so while ALSO being emotional and trying to keep it together. that's what it's all about. it's not about eating cds or sounding perfect - it's about showing that you have a sense of tone and pitch, and also knowing where to sing in your range, even without the ideal setting.
