Requested move 12 October 2015
[edit]- The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the move request was: moved as proposed. George's sources have shown "Barrie-James O'Neill" is the most common name and there is a clear consensus against the current title. Jenks24 (talk) 05:58, 28 October 2015 (UTC)
NiGHTMARE BOY → Barrie-James O'Neill – Barrie-James O'Neill is his birth name. GeoffreyT2000 (talk) 15:08, 12 October 2015 (UTC) Relisted. Jenks24 (talk) 09:39, 20 October 2015 (UTC)
- Move to Nightmare Boy instead. The odd capitalization is not supportable under Wikipedia's titling rules, and third-party references are split regardless. Meanwhile a stage name is preferred over the birth name unless the latter is better known. 209.211.131.181 (talk) 15:19, 13 October 2015 (UTC)
- Comment MOS:TM, MOS:CAPS -- this article is at the incorrect name, either it moves as proposed or the capitals should be removed. It should NOT stay at this location -- 70.51.44.60 (talk) 04:35, 21 October 2015 (UTC)
- Comment. Whatever it's moved to it should be something without the horrible promotional upper/lowercase mix. -- Necrothesp (talk) 14:50, 22 October 2015 (UTC)
- Support original proposal - Many sources use his real name for years; very few use his nickname. Limiting to just this year, CBS News, Bustle, NY Daily News and Inquisitr (less reliable source though) use real name only. Broadway World uses mainly the stage name but includes real name. Crave Online uses only the nickname. George Ho (talk) 04:24, 23 October 2015 (UTC)
