That is the exact message they are sending.
It's not just Hollywood. Either look into it and make a list or move along.
The trend is any group shown in their best possible, most attractive light will be disproportionately sought after.

Beyond that....people date in the circles they keep. It's not rocket science. Like actors don't date other actors or something...lol.
